Ingredients

  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons rosewater
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios, plus more for garnish
  • 1/2 raspberries
  • Whipped cream, for garnish
  • Dried rose petals, for garnish
  • Raspberry, for garnish

Method

  • In a blender, combine ice cream, milk, raspberries, rosewater, pistachios, and blend until mixture is smooth and frothy.
  • Serve in glasses and finish with whipped cream, rose petals, pistachios.
  • Top with a raspberry.
