Ingredients

  • 3 cups organic kale
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1/1 organic lemon
  • Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
  • 1/3 cup cannelini beans
  • 1 cup organic strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup organic blackberries
  • 1/4 cup organic blueberries
  • 3 tbl pine nuts

Method

  • Wash and shred kale.
  • Place in bowl
  • Drizzle on 1 tablespoon of olive oil, squeeze half a lemon, and sprinkle 2 tablespoons hemp seeds, dash of pink Himalayan Sea Salt over the kale
  • Using your (clean!) hands, gently and lovingly massage the kale. Take your time, go slow, whisper sweet nothings into the kale. We like to stay digestion starts in your fingers ;)
  • Add beans, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and pine nuts.
  • Drizzle with Sakara turmeric and tarragon dressing.
